High-Level Dusting & Detail Work

• Ceilings, light fixtures, and exposed beams

• Ceiling fans and vents (HVAC covers, bathroom exhausts)

• Recessed lighting, pendant lights, and chandeliers

• Crown moldings and upper wall corners

• Top of doors and door frames​​

Walls, Windows, and Surfaces

• Dry dust and wipe walls (spot-clean marks, smudges, dust buildup)

• Clean interior window glass and window sills/tracks

• Remove adhesive, tape, stickers from glass, trim, or surfaces

• Clean blinds/shutters and vacuum/dust drapery rods

• Polish mirrors and any glass surfaces

• Clean trim, chair rails, and baseboards thoroughly

Built-Ins and Fixtures

• Dust and wipe all shelving (open and closed)

• Clean cabinets inside and out (remove construction dust from corners)

• Wipe drawers and check tracks for debris

• Sanitize light switch plates and outlet covers

• Clean and polish door handles, knobs, and hardware

Floor-Level Detail

• Remove dust and debris from floors using HEPA vacuum

• Mop all hard flooring (multiple passes as needed)

• Spot clean paint splatter, grout haze, adhesive, or residue

• Vacuum all carpeted areas 

Kitchen Specific

• Clean interior and exterior of cabinets and drawers

• Degrease and polish countertops (including edges and backsplashes)

• Clean and sanitize all appliances (exterior only unless otherwise requested)

• Clean sink and polish faucet fixtures

• Remove protective film, labels, or packaging remnants

• Clean vent hoods and appliance faces (stainless steel polish if applicable)

Bathroom Specific

• Clean and sanitize sinks, toilets, tubs, and showers

• Remove paint splatter, dust, or grout haze from tile

• Clean mirrors and chrome/polish fixtures

• Scrub grout lines if construction residue remains

• Clean inside vanities and drawers

• Dust/clean exhaust fans (exterior) and lighting

Exclusions

• Garage or utility room cleanup

• Exterior window cleaning

• Power washing patios or driveways

• Deep carpet cleaning or floor buffing

• Trash/debris haul-away 

• Air vent filter interiors

• Items or fixtures inaccessible with a 3 step ladder

• Moving furniture 

• Moving or removing left over construction debris (tiles, flooring, carpets, fans etc.)

​**some jobs may also require a detailed touch of live in fixtures such as dusting furniture that was not removed during renovations​​. We're happy to handle these tasks during our service. It is strongly recommended to elect and ongoing service for a period of 30-90 days minimum, as construction dust is fine and continues to re settle due to many factors.
